Training Update




So my heart is now good but i still have this nagging foot issue going on....its called Plantar Inflammation and it gets more inflammed after I run....so the past week has been lots of swimming and biking....no running...which may work out to be the best thing for my training since running has always been my strength but has always let me down in Ironman because I would usually be wasted after the bike! 95 Km yesterday and 148Km today and some good quality stuff all week!! Feeling very strong and looking forward to 3 weeks from today for Calgary 70.3!!!

glad you are back on the training wagon! Take care of those feet- go see Daryl at Anodyne and get some Graston Therapy. It seems totaly useless but it works like magic.
